310 Stainless Steel Pipe and Tube

310 stainless steel is an austenitic, heat resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation in temperatures as high as 2000ºF, and excellent toughness to -450°F.  Its high chromium and nickel contents allows for similar corrosion resistance to type 304, but superior resistance to oxidation and the retention of a larger fraction of room temperature strength.

Specifications: UNS S31000

Applications:

  • Kilns
  • Heat exchangers
  • Furnace parts
  • Muffles and retorts
  • Annealing covers
  • Cryogenic structures
